Summary

Rocco sits alone at a bar.  He’s dressed for an occasion though he is dressed strangely.  Like when a child picks what they wear to a fancy event.  Green plaid golf pants.  He is certainly out of place in a crummy hotel bar.  He is cheerful but a little restless, clearly waiting for something or someone.
A bartender asks for his drink order.  He is delighted by the ceremony, which he has never participated in.  Childish posturing, like he’s seen this process on TV.  As he hems and haws, we see the bartender through Rocco’s eyes, quite literally.  It’s as if we took one step back from his point of view and now Rocco’s eye sockets frame the bartender.  We are looking through his face like the inside of a mask.  Rocco orders a beer. 
We now look more directly at the inside of Rocco and find a small warm, fleshy cave.  A little organ-like creature that looks a bit like Rocco busies himself with the doings of the body.  He’s like a caretaker.  Let’s call him Inside Man.
The bartender comes and asks Rocco his order in exactly the same way he just asked him.  Rocco is puzzled.  He looks down the bar and sees the identical twin of the bartender, in fact the first one he spoke to, down the bar pouring his beer.  Realizing that they are twins delights Rocco and he politely declines a second drink from the second bartender, who shrugs and walks away indifferently.  The first bartender smiles obligatorily and lands a bubbly beer in front of Rocco.  Rocco laps a little foam from the top.  Inside Man senses this and makes a naughty face as if to jokingly say “ooooh, I’m telling Mom.”
Rocco turns in his chair, feeling like a man, surveying the scene.  Another set of twins pass in the background.  Smiles and nods.  Rocco looks to a wall clock and a furrow of concern moves through his brow.  Time passes, as it do, and he finishes that big beer.
On the inside, a swollen gourd-like gland sags down from the ceiling.  Inside man reaches up to pluck it down like watermelon from a tree, if watermelons grew on trees.  He tucks it under his arm and goes to a membrane in the wall and pushes himself through.  In another room a large tube hangs down from the ceiling to which Inside Man offers the swollen gland upward.  The thirsty tube sucks the liquid out of the gland. 
Rocco stands at a urinal peeing.
Rocco waits at the bar however, he is much less cheerful.  Inside, back at Inside Man’s regular hang out, an artery twitches spastically.  Inside Man goes and pets it lovingly.  Cooing and soothing like you might when your dog is afraid of lightning.  Grumpy Rocco seems unaware at the effect his mood has on his fragile insides.  Inside man produces a hose-like thing and spritzes down the irritated artery.  The hormones seem to calm it.
Rocco gets no answer at a pay phone and hangs up frustrated.  Inside Man is increasingly anxious.  A little pimple in front of him wells up with liquid suddenly.  He covers it with both hands.  Another immediately wells up a few feet away.  He moves one hand to cover that one, too.  While he covers both, a third in the wall squirts him in the face.
A distraught Rocco stands and pushes away from the bar with determination, leaving a full beer.  He steps out into a hotel lobby and is overwhelmed by a bustling scene of identical twins rushing around from one twin event to another.  We find Inside Man tending to all hell breaking loose inside of Rocco.
Rocco hurries around, seeing if any of the twins have seen who he’s looking for.  A restrained panic.  Inside Man is anything but restrained.  He is hosing everything in sight with the hose-like thing, like a fireman.  But everything trembles and his efforts seem to do nothing.
Rocco turns a corner and his face goes white.  Inside Man tries to duck back through the membrane in the wall with the gourd gland under his arm.  He has considerable trouble getting through this time.  Rocco sees a group of twins gathered around someone on the ground.  That someone, who he can’t yet see, is wearing the same dapper pants as him.
Once through the membrane and in the other room, the tube that emptied the gourd before is going all haywire, swinging free, heaving violently.  This time, emptying the gourd is a huge unsuccessful mess. 
Rocco is wetting his pants in fear.  He’s got a bloody nose.  He let’s out a sad little whimper.  In unison, the four sets of twins turn to look at Rocco all at once.  As they turn, they open up to reveal SOCCO, Rocco’s identical twin brother collapsed dead on the ground.
Inside an organ snaps off from it’s proper place and flies across the cave.  It sets off a chemical chain reaction.  Inside Man is barely hanging on.
Some of the twins stay to tend Socco, though there ain’t much to do for the guy.  The others rush to console and contain Rocco.  They won’t let him approach the body.  They sit him down and fawn over him.  Inside man is indiscriminately hosing everything with that calming hormone.  No dice.
Rocco watches two twins crudely yet gently drag Socco away by his feet.  Rocco is quivering with nerves.  Inside Man is hit with two simultaneous waves of lumpy goo from an unknown source.  Rocco’s head explodes ejecting otherworldly gunk all over the consoling twins.  Inside Man collapses in a big dramatic, hammy death.
Rocco’s eyes mostly dead eyes watch as the twins drag Socco away further and further.  Rocco’s eyes go completely dead.
